Talk to the people who tested it.
Support is the same small team that does the bench work, so if you ask why a unit is a Grade B rather than a Grade A, you get the actual reason.
Replies within one working day. Best for anything about a specific stock reference.
Monday to Friday, 9am–5.30pm. The workshop phone, so it sometimes takes a few rings.
Ask us about a unit before you buy
Quote the stock reference from the listing and we can tell you anything the page does not cover — how deep a scuff actually is, whether the strap has been replaced, what the flight log shows, how the battery held up over the capacity test. We can also send extra photographs of a particular area.
Ask us to watch for something
Because every unit is one-of-one, the thing you want may simply not be on the floor today. Tell us the model, the grade you would accept and your ceiling, and we will email you when one comes through the workshop — before it gets listed. No account, no marketing list, and we delete the note once we have matched you or you tell us to stop.

Selling to us
Use the trade-in form for an instant estimate rather than emailing — it gives you a range straight away and a TI- reference we can quote back. Email us instead if you have a larger batch, a full FPV setup, or something unusual you are not sure we will take.
Drone law questions
We are happy to point you at the right part of the CAA's Drone and Model Aircraft Code, and our plain-English summary covers the common cases. We cannot give you legal advice, and the operator's duty is always the operator's.

The workshop is not a shop — please email before coming in, as we cannot deal with walk-ins while a bench is mid-test.
