Fourteen days to decide it isn't for you.
Buying used sight-unseen takes a bit of faith. So you get a fortnight from delivery to send anything back for a full refund, for any reason — including no reason.
Change of mind
You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you want to return a unit, and a further 14 days to get it back to us. Email hello@nexvision.co.uk with your NV- reference and we will send a tracked label. On a change-of-mind return, the £4.20 label cost comes off the refund; if the unit is faulty or not as described, we pay it.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 working days of the unit reaching the workshop and passing an inspection.
You are allowed to actually try it
This is used gear — telling you to keep it sealed would be absurd. Wear the headset, fly the drone, pair the controllers. You are expected to test it the way you would in a shop, and doing so does not affect your right to return it.
What we do ask: fly somewhere sensible while you are deciding. If a drone comes back with fresh crash damage, or a headset comes back with a cracked lens that was not in the condition report, we can reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value — or, if the unit is no longer sellable at any grade, decline the return. We will always send you photographs and explain the figure before we do that.
Send it back roughly as it arrived
Original packaging helps but is not required, because plenty of our stock is unboxed in the first place and the listing says so. Include everything that came in the parcel — controllers, cables, props, batteries, chargers, the printed condition report. A missing charger or a missing pair of props is deducted at replacement cost.
Please pack it properly. A headset in a jiffy bag that arrives with a cracked panel is a difficult conversation for both of us.
Faulty, or not as described
Different route, better terms: do not use the change-of-mind process. Email us with a photo or short video and we will handle it under warranty, with postage covered both ways and repair, replacement or refund at your choice within the first 30 days.
"Not as described" explicitly includes wear that the condition report missed. If your unit has a mark, a fault or a behaviour that is not on the page you bought it from, treat that as a fault, not a change of mind.
Wipe your accounts first
Before returning a headset, sign out and factory-reset it, and unlink it from your platform account — an account-locked headset is useless to the next owner and we will have to send it back to you. The same goes for drones bound to a flight account. We wipe everything again on arrival regardless.
Trade-ins are not returns
If you sent us kit through the trade-in process and you do not like the final offer after testing, we post it straight back to you free of charge. Nothing here applies to that — it is covered on the trade-in page.
