Terms of sale.
These terms cover buying second-hand goods from Nex Vision Ltd and selling your own kit to us. Last updated 4 September 2026.
1. Who we are
Nex Vision Ltd is registered in England and Wales, company number 14882703, at Unit 7, Cornhill Works, Sheffield S4 7QQ. Contact us at hello@nexvision.co.uk. These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place.
2. Everything we sell is second-hand
All goods are used unless a listing explicitly says otherwise. Each listing describes one specific physical unit, identified by a stock reference, and includes a condition grade and a condition report written by the technician who tested it. Photographs are of that unit.
The condition report forms part of the contract. Wear disclosed in it is what you have agreed to buy. Wear or faults not disclosed in it are our responsibility under warranty and under your statutory rights.
3. Stock is one-of-one
Because each listing is a single unit, adding it to a basket does not reserve it. Availability is confirmed at the moment you place an order, and the first completed order takes the unit. If the unit sold while your basket was open, we tell you at checkout and nothing is charged.
A contract of sale forms when we confirm your order and allocate the unit to it, not when you submit the form.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Any "new" price shown alongside is the manufacturer's recent retail price for the equivalent new item, given for comparison only. Prices are taken from our records at the point of order, not from your browser, so a stale page cannot change what you pay.
This deployment has no payment provider connected. Placing an order allocates the unit to you and records the order; payment is arranged separately before dispatch, and no card details are collected by this site. See checkout.
5. Delivery
Dispatch is the next working day from Sheffield. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery; title passes when we receive payment in full. Full detail on delivery.
6. Cancellation and returns
You may cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason and return the unit for a refund, as set out on the returns page. You are entitled to examine and test the goods; if you damage them beyond that, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value. Faulty goods are handled under warranty with postage covered.
7. Selling goods to us
A trade-in estimate is an indication based on what you tell us, not an offer. We confirm a final figure only after testing the item, and you are free to decline it — we return the item free of charge. By sending us an item you confirm that you own it and that it is not subject to finance, and you accept that we log and, where appropriate, check items against the national property register. Payment is made within 3 working days of you accepting the final figure.
8. Drone compliance is yours
You are responsible for complying with CAA registration requirements and flying rules. Registration does not transfer with a second-hand aircraft: you need your own Operator ID and, where applicable, Flyer ID before flying anything you buy from us. Our drone rules guide is a summary for buyers and is not legal advice.
9. Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. For second-hand goods, satisfactory quality is assessed against the description and the price paid.
10. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for the goods in it, except where the law does not allow that limit — including death or personal injury caused by negligence, and fraud. We are not liable for crash damage, lost footage, or losses arising from your use of a drone or headset.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by English law and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales.
